Pam Smutney

District Program Administrator  

Smutney, a native of Belmont County, joined Harrison Soil & Water Conservation District in November 2010.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.  Prior to working with Harrison SWCD, Smutney was a livestock nutritional consultant for a local feed company, where she worked for more than 6 years.

Smutney is responsible for managing the Harrison SWCD finances, website, newsletter and public relations.  She acts as office manager and works to fulfill the District’s mission to promote stewardship through educational and technical assistance for the conservation of our natural resources.
